Pirates of Britannia is a connected world where authors write their own stories, and create their own characters, within the Pirates of Britannia connected world created by Eliza Knight and Kathryn Le Veque.
The original world (and shall be referred to as Original World or OW) is a Medieval world set in 1444 A.D., but the books written can be about ancestors or descendants of the original pirates from Eliza and Kathryn (The band of Scottish pirates called Devils of the Deep and the band of English pirates called Poseidon’s Legion). Or, Authors can simply create their own group of pirates so long as somewhere in the story, the names and/or the legend of the Original World Pirates of Britannia are included. As long as everything is connected to those original pirates, creative freedom belongs to the Author.
Your novel must contain some manner of pirate theme, utilize names and/or families from the original connected series by Eliza Knight and Kathryn Le Veque, must have a redeemable hero, and an HEA. Authors must also use the Legend provided as the Foreword.
